Turning Personal Experience Into Meaningful Action
A chartered accountant by profession and a father of a talented autistic child, M. Abu Bakar Nizam became deeply connected to children on the autism spectrum through his own family's journey.
Along the way, he encountered dedicated therapists and professionals who became an integral part of his efforts towards acceptance and wellbeing for differently abled children and people of determination.
In 2021, he founded SEN Learning Institute (SLI), bringing together parental care and professional support to provide children with a joyful, flourishing environment in which they can develop their abilities.
